About warranty

If a failure occurs due to a manufacturing defect under normal usage, we will repair it free of charge within the warranty period specified below. (Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges)

1 The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

2. If you wish to have the product repaired, you will need the product and the warranty card.

3. If any of the items below apply to you, you will be charged for repairs even if it is within the warranty period.

1. If no warranty is presented. If the warranty card does not have the seller's store stamp. If the complaint can be rewritten. If the serial number written on the warranty cannot be confirmed on the main unit.

2. In the following cases:

- Corrosion, rust, mold, and discoloration of the main body paint on internal circuit boards and mechanical devices due to water exposure.
- Cracks or damage to the instrument body or the attached case (if an attached case is available), or damage to or deformation of the mechanical devices inside the instrument body due to a fall or collision.
*Even if there is no external damage, internal mechanical devices may be damaged or deformed due to vibration during dropping or transportation.
・Defects or malfunctions due to modification or parts replacement
- Malfunction, alteration, or deterioration of the paint or controller due to repainting or partial repair.
*Includes cases where it is determined that the product has been modified as a result of diagnosis at the repair center.
- Earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, ruptures, explosions, wind and flood damage to houses and storage areas,
・Other unexpected damage and damage due to radioactive contamination or unusability.
- Rust, mold, discoloration of the main body paint, malfunction or damage due to improper handling.

4 Even within the warranty period, depending on the location of the failure, repair parts may be insufficient, etc.

Please note that it may not be possible to fully restore performance.

5 The warranty for this product is valid only within Japan.

6 This warranty will not be reissued.

7. In case of indirect damage caused by failure or use of this product,

We will not be held responsible in any way even if this product is eligible for free repair.

8. Even in the case of direct damage caused by failure or use of this product,

This warranty does not guarantee this.

9. The provisions of this warranty are our promise regarding the handling of repairs for the product in question.

This does not limit your legal rights.

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises, the Nagano District Court will be the relevant court.
